Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the company’s statutory body. It is entitled to act on behalf of the company with regard to any issues. The Board of Directors directs the operations of the company, decides about all issues of the company, provided that they do not fall within the competence of the General Assembly or the company’s supervisory board.

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board is the supreme supervisory body of the company. It supervises the activities of the Board of Directors and the implementation of the company’s business activities.
